Happy happy 2020!
As the masters of linguistics put it, better late than never. At least I arrived here early enough to wish you a happy and prosperous new year full of blessings and better resolutions to take care of our animals.
Its a no brainer that animals have always been the backbone of our economy. The more reason we should protect them.
New year resolutions?
Every new year, each one of us if not everyone usually have new year resolutions that we hope to achieve at the end of the year. Some we do accomplish while some remain untouched. Some we completely bury underneath to the world of the forgotten. But isn’t that life?
One of my resolutions this year is to see to it that animals are given better care. There are some aspects that I would love to see eliminated such as animal mistreatment and poor transportation of animals. We all need to realise that animals are also sentient beings that also experience feelings and emotions when mistreated or when poorly transported.
We all need to uphold the five animal freedoms to ensure that animals live a better life.
Achievable?
As no human is limited, I am capable of achieving this resolution with help from you as the reader. Be the third eye that ensures that animals are treated right. Report any form of animal cruelty that you observe.
Let’s protect them this 2020. Shall we?
