- If you have contacted the disease, allow someone else to handle your pet to avoid transmission.
- If you must handle your pet, ensure that you wear the protective gears i.e. Face mask and gloves. You can also sanitize forehand to kill any germs.
- Avoid bringing pets inside the house to minimize any possible contact with infected humans. Covid 19 can be found on surfaces and your pet might pick up the germs.
